About me

Behind the business, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys climbing, both literally and metaphorically. I love climbing because it’s problem-solving in real time. You’re constantly assessing the route, adjusting your approach, figuring out what works and what doesn’t. That mindset carries into how I think about business and community. I enjoy challenges. I like working through complexity. I’m not afraid of the harder route if it leads somewhere worthwhile. I’m also deeply curious about people. I love understanding how others see the world, their views, their outlooks, how they approach situations differently to me. I think there’s huge value in exploring perspectives rather than just pushing opinions. That’s a big part of why TQN exists. It’s about creating spaces where conversations go deeper, where people can challenge and support one another, and where relationships are built through understanding, not just transactions. For me, growth comes from climbing the next challenge and learning from the people around you along the way.

What I enjoy most about my work is watching relationships form that wouldn’t have existed otherwise. There’s something powerful about bringing the right people into the same space and seeing conversations evolve into collaborations, friendships, and real opportunities. No two conversations are ever the same that variety keeps things exciting and constantly challenging. Creating environments where ambitious people feel understood, supported, and genuinely connected is incredibly rewarding. Watching those relationships grow into real-world results never gets old.

Outside of work, I’m at my best around good people, good food, and a bit of adventure. I love hosting or being at a good BBQ, I’m big into climbing and sports, and I’ll never say no to chasing a great sunset. I enjoy being active, being outdoors, and switching off properly after a busy week.
