My background and experience
With a background in graphic design, photography, and retouching, I’m now focused on organising Retoucher of the Year, the first global retouching competition, with the aim of raising standards across the industry.
What I enjoy most about my work
I started out loving the details, the quiet, solitary side of retouching, but over time I’ve come to really enjoy building the bigger picture around it and creating something that helps others be seen too.
Who I am beyond my work
Outside of work, I’m drawn to alternative healing practices and anything that helps create more balance and awareness.

What my business does
I run Retouch League Ltd., where we’re building a global ecosystem for retouchers. It includes the Retoucher of the Year competition, a verified skills database, and tools that help companies find the right talent based on real ability, not just portfolios.
What sets my business apart
We’re trying to bring structure to an industry that doesn’t really have one.
